Presently there is some proof that HCG hormones do help to increase conception rate. Though this is yet to established within the fertility industry, it has been found to be safer.
How is it possible?
Consider that your body is perfectly fit. And you can get pregnant almost easily. After 11 days of conception your body will start to produce HCG hormone which is known as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone. In fact most pregnancy test depend on this hormone and they consecutively determine whether you have conceived or not. Moreover, this hormone can also determine whether the conception is a miscarriage.
So how exactly does HCG increases fertility?
I am not exactly sure as to how this hcg hormone increases fertility. But there are proofs and statistics about women who have shown signs of pregnancy and in fact have conceived when they have been on HCG diet.
Personally I do not thing that HCG hormones increases fertility. Obviously the hormone is present only in women who have conceived. Therefore, it is highly unlikely for women to conceive with hcg hormone.
The HCG diet first detoxes your body and then goes about in reducing weight. When you are reducing and taking off those extra pounds your body moves forward towards better fitness and agility.
Once your body is fit then it is obvious that the chances of getting pregnant are higher. Therefore, I do not think that it is necessary to undergo HCG diet to get pregnant.
But if you are looking to lose weight and at the same time wishing to get pregnant then I strongly suggest you take over the HCG Diet as it is your best shot.
Warning: Pregnant women should not consume HCG hormones as it will lead in birth defects.
What you are is what you consume. I read it somewhere but do not recall it properly. Interestingly, we do not have to debate because it is a well known fact. The basic of every disease can be linked to what we eat.
Similarly there are some foods that decrease our fertility while others increase. In this post we shall discuss some of the common foods that will increase the fertility in both men and women.
1) Carbohydrate in Limit is good:
Just because I said carbohydrate is good I do not mean to consume fatty substances in large quantities. Eat regular meals and you will have the necessary amount of carbohydrates in your diet. This might sound as stupid coz most of us do eat regular meals. However, to those who skip on foods so that they can get that skinnier look will understand what I mean.
2) Try alternative protein:
Protein is not only present in eggs and meat. They are also present in veggies like beans. Avoid or limit the consumption of meat protein in your diet and consume veggie protein. though chemically both proteins are same it has been found that people who consumed veggie protein had increased chances of fertility rather than people who consumed meat proteins.
3) Drink Milk (whole)
I know some of you might keep your face askew upon the thought of drinking milk. But no matter what you think milk is an important element of diet. You need to understand that milk contains fat that is good for health and necessary for basic functional activities.
4) Avoid Fish prone to mercury poisoning
Finally, I would like to advise you on the fact that not all fishes are good for women who are trying conceive. There are scientific evidence that some fishes contains small amounts of mercury in them. Women who consume such fishes are definitely prone to danger.

Most of the time I spend on forums trying to help people out of their pregnancy issues. At one such instance I came across a question by a husband who stated that his wife was unable to conceive. Within the included information he mentioned that his wide had undergone abortions 3 times in the past as they were unprepared for the child.
so, this brings us to the question can abortion affect your pregnancy?
Abortions when done surgically leaves a scar on the womb and tubes. What happens eventually is that the womb loses its strength as the process is invasive. Moreover, the scars that develop over the tubes keep growing over the years.
Let me explain it to you more in a simple manner. The scar tissues are tissues which grew to hide or fill up the scars. Now since they are organic and body’s functions is to grow the scars keep on growing but on a slower pace. In the end when the scar has grown itself to great lengths it becomes clogged and thereby closing the tube.
Therefore abortion does affects the tube and can lead to infertility.
