How are Blocked Fallopian Tubes Diagnosed?

If all is well, the dye will go via the uterus, through the tube, and spill out around your ovaries and into the pelvic cavity. If the dye fail to get through, then you may have a blocked tube.

What are the Risks of Hysterosalpingogram Test?

Generally, Hysterosalpingogram is a safe procedure. However, there are some minor potential risks.

In less than 1 percent of cases, infection may occur. Particularly if there has been previous infection of the fallopian tubes. If you experience pain, fever, itching or swelling after the test , you need to call your doctor.

How Will I Feel AfterThis Test?
